On March 9th - 11th, Fishing's Future and Bass Pro are teaming up to educate Jr. anglers and their families on the basic skill of fishing. Load up the car and bring your Jr. anglers to a FREE fun filled educational day at Bass Pro. Activities begin at 12:00 noon and end at 5:00 each day. Spend the day with Master Angler and Fishing's Future founder Shane Wilson and allow him teach you the basic skills necessary to fish independently. Many other vendors will be on hand to introduce new fishing equipment and share their secrets and techniques.

Fishing's Future and the Ascarate Fishing Club is teaming up to hold several Family "Kids Fish" camps in 2012.  The Ascarate Fishing Club has been holding "Kids Fish" outings for many years and is one of the most active fishing clubs in the state.
